Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Provider Help Hub handles information submitted through its public website and private owner CRM.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, work contact details, organisation information, general service interests and the information you choose to include in an enquiry.
Do not submit participant information
Do not enter a participant’s name, address, NDIS number, date of birth, health information or any information that could identify a participant. The system is designed for general provider and organisation information only.
How we use information
We use the information to organise enquiries, respond to requests, provide support, improve the service and maintain security and business records.
Anonymous website activity
We record limited website activity such as page visits, the type of Nova answer used, official resources opened, enquiry starts and enquiry submissions. We use a temporary browser-session identifier and general referral source to understand what is useful. We do not record the wording of your Nova question, your IP address or participant information for this activity reporting.
Storage, access and service providers
Information is stored in the Provider Help Hub website database and is accessible through the private owner CRM. Technical service providers may process information to host, secure and operate the service.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only while reasonably needed for the service, business records, security or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to any lawful record-keeping requirements.
Contact
Email info@providerhelphub.com.au with a privacy question or request. Do not include participant-identifying information in your email.
This is a practical starting privacy notice and may be updated as Provider Help Hub adds payment, analytics or new service providers.
